Frequently asked questions
MyMesh turns a text description or a reference photo into a Second-Life-ready mesh package. You approve a preview image first (ready in about half a minute), we generate the 3D model, convert it for Second Life, and hand you a download with every LOD level, textures, and upload instructions — typically 5–10 minutes after you approve.
The daily preview image is free (one per day without an account). Signed-in image generations cost 50 credits; a full mesh costs 350 credits. Free image retries per job: 1. Further retries cost 30 credits. 400 free credits — covers your first preview image and most of your first mesh.
Credits are bought with Linden dollars at our in-world terminal and land in your wallet automatically, usually within a minute. Configured bonus tiers apply—for example L$ 1,000 gives 1,025 credits.
Failed generations are refunded automatically—the full price goes back to your wallet, no ticket needed. You can cancel before payment, and each job currently includes 1 free model retries at the preview stage.
Delivered packages are kept for 90 days—the exact expiry date appears on every delivered job. Download your files and keep a local copy.
Meshes you generate are yours to use in Second Life. You are responsible for making sure your uploads comply with the Second Life Terms of Service — see our Policy page for the full wording.
